Short is the word that describes a situation in which the electricity in the system caused a momentary fire - a spark. In general, the protections will cause the electric home to stop due to a fault only in your apartment or in a certain area. The repair is a diagnosis and removal of a hazard, whether it involves replacing parts or repairing a defect.
