Warranty policy

Responsibility, accountability, inspections and adherence to the electricity law is the soul of the electrician profession. As an electrician, we are primarily interested in the safety of the electrical installation, its users, tenants and visitors.

It is accepted that the electrician's responsibility for his work is divided between his work and the equipment he installed. The warranty is for six months for the equipment, back to back with the manufacturer, and one year for the installation.

I perform my work in faith, according to my best judgment and professional experience. I take care of any malfunction as soon as possible, even in old houses that tend to fall down. Just because I came to fix one thing does not mean that I am responsible for the entire structure or facility.

It will be clarified that the electrician profession is not a profession like a technician, but an engineering profession, and the responsibility lies with the components of the repair, if the facility has not undergone a change under reasonable conditions of use.

For example, a repair is made to an electrical panel and a malfunction in one of the circuits causes the circuit breaker to trip due to a device at the end of the line, obviously there is no warranty.

Overload - in many old apartments there are not enough circuits in the board, over the years the standard of living has increased and the number of appliances in the apartments has increased and a common fault is overloading the circuits beyond the capacity of the old wires. An electrician who does not change wires is not responsible for damages to the electrical wires if the protection switches do not match the thickness of the wires in the installation.

Another example, a light fixture that fell was installed, the electrician is responsible for the repair.

Another example: a heating element was replaced for a solar boiler and the boiler does not heat, it is possible that the heating element broke down because the boiler was operated without water contrary to the design of the boiler. In such a case it is clear that the electrician is not responsible.

I think transactions with an electrician are closer to a one-time transaction as definedHere

This page is updated and does not constitute a warranty certificate, there is a warranty for every service in which something was replaced, the warranty is for repair and part if provided by the electrician.
